Modern apartment with an iron and a washing machine located short walk to a nice area close to bus and metro connections, restaurants and bars, and Palermo Soho. An excellent and particularly good location to center of Palermo. Got a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet, available in the bathroom.

This place is amazing, with many bars and cafés for breakfast and a quiet ambience.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern and new apartment in Palermo. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a lovely swimming pool and a balcony. The staff was very helpful and there were even tea and coffee making facilities in the apartment. we highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 days at the apartment and would definitely book again. We had a fairly nice stay in Buenos Aires next to restaurants and bars and Palermo and a garden.

The caretaker was helpful and the apartment was clean and spacious. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and breweries nearby.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors said. the swimming pool needed maintenance, with tiles falling apart.

During my recent stay at the apartment, I was impressed with the modern and new features it had to offer. The apartment was clean and beautiful, providing a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The view from the rooftop was outstanding, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location in Palermo was also fantastic, with great restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The hosts were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, including ordering a taxi for our night flight. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was exactly what we needed - two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our adult group. The balcony was a great spot to watch the sunrise every day. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which gave us the option to eat in if we wanted. The location was perfect - safe and close to shops and restaurants, but without any noise. The beds and bedding were amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The second bedroom was a bit small and the beds were single. It would have been helpful to know that beforehand, as we were two couples and would have preferred two separate one-bedroom apartments.
